The challenge
The previous website fell short of representing the firm's experience, reputation, and breadth of services, which limited its ability to build credibility and generate consultations. Information about the team, their background, and what they actually do was incomplete and hard to navigate, leaving potential clients without a clear picture of why they should trust the firm. On top of that, the firm serves both Spanish- and English-speaking clients, so the site needed to deliver a coherent, professional experience across two languages without fragmenting the brand or the user journey.
The solution
We redesigned the entire experience around three goals: stronger presentation, a smoother user journey, and more conversions. The new structure introduces dedicated sections that clearly explain who the firm is, their trajectory, and each practice area, giving visitors the complete context they need to make a decision with confidence. We built the site as a fully bilingual platform (Spanish and English) so it adapts seamlessly to a wider audience while keeping a consistent brand voice across both languages. Throughout the experience we integrated clear, well-placed call-to-actions to guide users toward booking a consultation, and applied on-page SEO foundations to improve long-term visibility and sustain a scalable acquisition channel.
