The challenge
RexVet needed to scale its client acquisition while maintaining cost efficiency across multiple channels. The challenge was not only generating traffic, but attracting qualified pet owners with real intent to book services. Additionally, there was a lack of structured communication and retention strategies, meaning potential and existing clients were not being effectively nurtured. Aligning messaging across paid ads, social media, and email while maintaining a consistent brand voice was also a key challenge.
The solution
We implemented a multi-channel growth strategy combining Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Bing Ads to capture high-intent demand, supported by ongoing SEO efforts to build long-term organic visibility. Organic content for Facebook and Instagram was developed to strengthen brand presence and engagement, while email marketing flows were designed to nurture leads and improve client retention. The strategy focuses on continuous optimization, data-driven decisions, and aligning all channels into a cohesive system that drives consistent, scalable lead generation.
